Born during the Corona Pandemic and dedicated to keeping fit at home, mentally, physically and emotionally. I created Epanouie originally for family and friends as a safe space for them during this time.
Whether you prefer just meditation or together with yoga, each session is prepared just for you. Philosophy of Epanouie is to combine the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I'd like to promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. The physical training I have received from my wonderful yoga teachers as well as training to gain an in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche, help me to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
